Pasta with Italian Chicken Sausage, Escarole and Beans
A bowl of pasta with sausage and greens has a welcome, unshowy comfort to it. The beans add creamy bites between the pasta, and escarole brings a little bite of its own. Grated cheese melts into the toss at the end, tying the whole bowl together.
