Additional recipe notes

I recommend using fresh garlic in this recipe versus the pre-minced jars of garlic. Store these potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days . Reheat them in the oven at 400F in a skillet or on a sheet pan covered with foil. Bake for 5-10 minutes , then remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes . These potatoes will last 10-12 months in the freezer . Bake in a skillet or sheet pan covered in foil at 400F for 15 minutes , then remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes . You can store this sauce for up to 2 weeks sealed in an airtight container or jar in the fridge. You can also freeze this sauce! Just place it in an airtight container and it will keep for 2 – 3 months , just be sure to thaw it out in the fridge overnight and whisk well to reincorporate as it will have likely separated.

Storage & reheating safety

For cooked, perishable leftovers, refrigerate within 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F), using shallow containers for prompt cooling. Keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below, use refrigerated leftovers within 3–4 days, and reheat hot leftovers to 165°F, checked with a food thermometer. Follow any shorter package limit.

These are general safety limits, not a tested storage or freezing recommendation for this particular dish. USDA leftovers guidance · Safe cooking temperatures
