Additional recipe notes
This recipe yields 4 generous servings with a good chance of leftovers. I highly recommend picking up a bag of frozen raw shrimp that is peeled, deveined, and with the tails off for incredibly easy prep. I pick mine up at Costco. If the tails are still on, it’s quick and easy to pull them right off. Safely thaw frozen shrimp in your refrigerator overnight before starting.
Storage & reheating safety
For cooked, perishable leftovers, refrigerate within 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F), using shallow containers for prompt cooling. Keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below, use refrigerated leftovers within 3–4 days, and reheat hot leftovers to 165°F, checked with a food thermometer. Follow any shorter package limit.
