Air Fryer Juicy Steak Bites

Small steak bites get a glossy garlic butter finish with parsley scattered through the sauce. Browned edges catch the rich coating, while Worcestershire and a little brown sugar give the beef a savory sweetness before it reaches the plate.

A few quick notes

1. Preheat before cooking

Preheat the air fryer for five minutes at 400 degrees before adding the seasoned steak pieces.

2. Turn the bites

Flip the steak after three to four minutes and continue cooking to the doneness you prefer.

3. Watch the garlic

Cook the chopped garlic only until fragrant in the butter, taking care not to let it burn.

Any more cooking tips?

How Long To Cook Steak Bites – While each brand of air fryer cooks differently, here’s a good rule of thumb for internal temperature: RARE 120 to 130, MEDIUM RARE 130 to 135, MEDIUM 135 TO 145. Test with an instant-read meat thermometer for the desired cook. If you don’t want to use a strip steak, I suggest using a ribeye. You can also use top sirloin steak, sirloin steak, or even a chuck roast cut into cubes. For Leftovers – Add any leftover garlic butter steak bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. One of my favorite ways to use them is in Steak Salad for a hearty lunch.

Storage & reheating safety

For cooked, perishable leftovers, refrigerate within 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F), using shallow containers for prompt cooling. Keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below, use refrigerated leftovers within 3–4 days, and reheat hot leftovers to 165°F, checked with a food thermometer. Follow any shorter package limit.
