A few quick notes
1. Keep rolls connected
Slice the rolls across the middle while keeping the individual buns attached for easier assembly.
2. Watch the butter
Stay close as the butter browns, then remove it from the heat before whisking in the sauce ingredients.
3. Uncover to finish
Bake under foil first, then uncover until the turkey is warm and the Havarti has melted.

Yes. The filling allows leftover turkey or sliced turkey lunch meat beneath the Havarti cheese.
Can I substitute the Havarti?
Try Swiss, white American or provolone, or another sliced cheese you enjoy.
How do I prepare the sliders ahead?
Refrigerate the assembled sandwiches covered for up to a day, leaving off the butter mixture until baking.
What goes into cranberry mayo?
Combine the cranberry sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl and serve it alongside the baked sliders.
When do I remove the foil?
After fifteen to twenty minutes, uncover and bake another five to ten minutes until the filling is warm.
Any more cooking tips?
Use your favorite kind of cheese: Don’t like havarti cheese? No problem! You can use Swiss, white American cheese, provolone, or any sliced cheese that you prefer! To prep ahead of time, assemble the sandwiches in the baking dish without brushing the tops with the butter mixture. Place them covered in the fridge for up to 1 day. When you are ready to bake them, brush them with the butter mixture and bake!
