Additional recipe notes
Make-ahead: You can prepare the gremolata and tahini-honey mixture up to 1 day ahead. Store in separate air-tight containers in the fridge until ready to use. You can also season the chicken up to 24 hours in advance. Store: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The toppings do not need to be stored separately. Reheat: You can reheat individual portions in the microwave, stopping to stir every 30 seconds to promote even heating. Alternatively, gently reheat in a skillet on the stovetop, covered, until warm. (You may need to add an extra splash of broth to help rehydrate the couscous.)
Storage & reheating safety
For cooked, perishable leftovers, refrigerate within 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F), using shallow containers for prompt cooling. Keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below, use refrigerated leftovers within 3–4 days, and reheat hot leftovers to 165°F, checked with a food thermometer. Follow any shorter package limit.
