Additional recipe notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temp, it will be easier to mix the filling! Do not freeze the cheesecake to set it. The filling won’t set properly and you’ll lose the texture. If you’re going to freeze your cheesecake after it has set, ALWAYS freeze without the toppings. Leave them off until you are ready to serve. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and store leftover no bake Nutella cheesecake in the refrigerator for up to 5 days . You can also freeze your cheesecake to enjoy at a later time! After it sets in the fridge, wrap in a layer of plastic wrap, then a layer of aluminum foil. Your no bake cheesecake will last in the freezer for up to 3 months ! Allow to thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

Storage & reheating safety

For cooked, perishable leftovers, refrigerate within 2 hours (1 hour above 90°F), using shallow containers for prompt cooling. Keep the refrigerator at 40°F or below, use refrigerated leftovers within 3–4 days, and reheat hot leftovers to 165°F, checked with a food thermometer. Follow any shorter package limit.
