A few quick notes
1. Mix rice and water first
Stir the instant rice and lukewarm water together before dividing it onto the foil, squeezing out water as much as possible.
2. Build over the rice layer
Arrange shrimp and broccoli on top of each rice portion before pouring the mixed sauce over the packet filling.
3. Seal before moving to the sheet
Fold the foil over the food to cover completely, sealing each packet before transferring to the baking sheet.

The last little job
Open the cooked packets carefully
Bake until shrimp are pink and broccoli tender, then remove the tray and carefully open each packet before serving.
A little more help as you go
Pepper flakes are optional
Include the crushed red pepper in the sauce if you want that heat, before pouring it over the packet fillings.
Use the baking sheet underneath
A jelly-roll pan or large baking sheet carries the sealed packets into and out of the oven together.
A few questions you might have
Is the lime sliced into the packets?
Juice the lime and stir it into the sauce before that mixture is poured over the shrimp, broccoli and rice.
Can I use liquid aminos?
The ingredient list includes the named liquid aminos alongside low-sodium soy sauce for the stirred sauce mixture.
Do I add the sauce before the vegetables?
Arrange shrimp and broccoli over the rice first, then pour sauce over the filled portions and seal the foil.
Should I cook broccoli separately?
The florets go into the packets with the raw shrimp and rice, cooking until tender during the oven stage.
Is the rice added dry to the foil?
Mix it with lukewarm water first, then divide it among the foil sheets while squeezing out as much water as possible.
